We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, debit card, HSA/FSA, and CareCredit.
If you choose to pay with a major credit card, a 3% surcharge will be applied. This surcharge does not apply to payments made by cash, check, debit card or CareCredit.
If paying by certified bank check, please make the check payable to Eyesight Ophthalmic Services. At this time, we are unable to accept personal checks.
